Understanding Branch Committees

Our branch is strongest when our members actively engage in the work that moves our mission forward. The heart of that work happens in our committees. Committees allow us to focus on key issues, take meaningful action, and ensure that our community has the advocacy, resources, and support needed to succeed.
I am inviting members interested in getting more involved in the branch to consider joining a committee—and if you are ready to take the next step in leadership, serving as a Committee Chairperson.
To help members better understand the purpose and responsibilities of each committee, I will be hosting a session: Understanding Branch Committees

This session will provide an overview of our committees, the work they do, and the opportunity to ask questions about getting involved or leading.
